  • USA flat-rate shipping: $10
  • $2 letter mail option available for label-only orders
  • Free local pickup in Central Alberta (Blackfalds)
  • All orders are made and fulfilled in-house—no third-party partners
  • Delivery times vary by location and product type

Return & Exchange Policy:

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there's a defect or printing error on our part.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges available only for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Refunds issued only for defective orders or cancellations made before production begins.
  • No refunds for customer input errors (e.g., spelling mistakes).
