Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Canada): $15 CAD
  • Letter Mail (Labels Only – Canada): Free – Available at checkout
  • Flat Rate Shipping (USA): $10 CAD
  • Local Pickup (Blackfalds, Alberta): Free – Available at checkout

Note: The letter mail option is only applicable for label-only orders (no tracking included). If you're ordering additional items, flat rate parcel shipping will apply.

Processing Time

All items are made-to-order in our Alberta studio. Production time varies based on the product type and customization:

  • Personalized items: 10-15 business days
  • Seasonal or high-volume periods may require additional time

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link (when applicable) via email.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Canada: 3–9 business days (depending on destination and shipping method)
  • USA: 5–12 business days
