Because most of our products are custom-made with care, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange policy below before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless there is a production defect or an error made on our end.
If your order arrives with a printing error, defect, or damage, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged during shipping
Please notify us within 14 days with photos of the issue to qualify for an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method under the following conditions:
- We made an error on your order
- Your item is defective
- You cancel the order before production begins
We cannot issue refunds for spelling errors, incorrect sizes, or customizations entered incorrectly by the customer during checkout. Please double-check all personalization details before finalizing your order.
